I am so excited to be back doing Personal Training and Small Group Training very soon.
Having relocated back to Stockton-on-Tees after moving around the country for over 35 years, I am now back and have created a gym in my garage to train myself and others. So if you are intimidated by a big gym or just want some motivation and accountability, then click the contact me button below.
Details of my background and experience are on the 'About Me' page. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and would love to help you achieve your goals. If you are interested in Personal Training, I offer 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 if you have a friend/family member you would like to train with. I offer 45 minutes sessions and also 30 minutes on a block-booking basis.
