I am so excited to be back doing Personal Training and Small Group Training. As a certified Personal Trainer, I can help you achieve your goals by providing personalised 1-to-1 in person training sessions with me for 45 minutes or 30 minute sessions.
Having relocated back to Stockton-on-Tees after moving around the country for over 35 years, I am now back and have created a gym in my garage to train myself and others.
