GREEN GUT GLOW DRINK

Three nutrition products which are mixed together and taken with water as a shot every day.
Superfood Greens - Containing 36 fruit and vegetables (greens such as spirulina, yellows such as pumpkin, reds such as pomegranate and blues such as blueberries), fibre and phytonutrients
Skin Elixir - Acai flavoured Vegan Collagen Builder - contains Vitamin C, Biotin and Hyaluronic Acid and provides beneficial ingredients for the skin, hair and nails. Contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, bones, cartilages and gums and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The body production of collagen reduces from the age of 20 years, therefore using a supplement to help support the body in building collagen is important.
Guthealth Digestion & Microbiome Support - Balancing the gut is important for many factors such as bloating. The prebiotics and probiotics help balance the microbiome in the gut. It also contains Chicory root and Bacillus coagulans, botanicals and enzymes to help support normal digestion.

Movement every day, 30 squats each day and there will be variations for beginners and those more experienced. The squat is a great compound exercise that works several muscle groups, helping tone the legs and glutes. It's all about creating healthy daily habits.
As a group, we will be accountable and supporting each other, with weekly calls to stay focused.
There will be prizes also available for the challenge. Posting videos or pictures of your Greens Shot and/or squats will earn you points. And what do points make....prizes! You can be as creative as you want with your videos/pictures and those more adventurous/original will earn more points so feel free to post doing them in public places, in fancy dress, with friends/partner/children/pets.
For less than £4 a day, you can start on a healthier you.

You will be supported throughout the 30 days and given guidance on how to make the GGG shot and if you are concerned about doing 30 squats in one go, don't worry, you can break them up in say 3 sets of 10 throughout the day, ie 10 in morning, 10 at lunch and 10 in evening. It's all about taking part, having fun and making changes in your habits.
