30 Days to Healthy Living
The 30 days will act as a reset to establish healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle, which you can continue on an 80/20 basis after the 30 days.  This programme will help you identify any foods that you may be eating that might not be serving your body well, if you think of any foods that don't make you feel great after you eat them, either causing headaches or bloating.

The plan is focusing on gut health as so much of the body's overall wellbeing is controlled by our gut, this is known as the second brain and if it is out of balance, it can affect things such as sleep, weight, skin/acne, energy, bloating to name just a few.

This is not about keeping track of numbers, this is focusing on how you feel and adopting habits to have long-term health.
