January Restart
This challenge can be started in January or whenever you want. It's all about focus, accountability and you can do all 3 elements, or just 2 or 1, whichever works best for you and your lifestyle. To do all 3 will have the best benefit as it is focusing on movement, nutrition and decluttering which helps declutter the mind too.
Product: Choose your favourite Arbonne product, whether that is nutrition, skincare, beauty or makeup and use this consistently for the month. Movement; Aim to achieve 10,000 steps each day in the month. Incorporate a simple form of exercise every day to help you achieve your goal.
Declutter; Declutter your life! Set yourself a task to clear out something each day eg a drawer, cupboard, your facebook, your apps, your photos on your phone, your finances (check if you need things you are still paying for ie subscriptions), paperwork etc. Decluttering can also help with your mental wellbeing.
